“Modern Luxury” is a television spot created for Kenco Communities in collaboration with Court and Jackie at Red Bar Advertising. It is a spotlight of their new community Coral Isles at Avenir and is airing on local network and cable.
The spot was shot by Scott and Ignacio on a gorgeous day in December 2022. Our lovely spokesmodel was Misty Rice. Penny was our makeup artist. The spot was edited by Scott, with some of the B-roll provided by Kenco Communities. Script was written by Court McQuire.
